As a Business Development Leader your core function is to connect with others that will benefit the growth of the organization.

Remote team members will conference in daily using a VideoChatApp we use.
· Networking with individuals, referral partners, and business owners is where you will spend 80% of your time.
Best Referral Partners are: Realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Financial Planners, Industry specific equipment/sales reps (ex.
Dental industry)
· Researching organizations, individuals, and referral partners that will be a fit for our organization.
· Working with our Account Managers to ensure smooth work flows, introductions, and priorities.
· Attending networking events, after hour mixers, conventions, local associations that will allow you to leverage your talents to connect with others.
· Have an in depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Increase organizations overall client base
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives / networking events.
· Teaching classes about the services we offer to small business owners, referral partners, and associations.
· Use companies “Video Tool” to send THANK YOU’s, introduce yourself and our company, and follow up with prospective and existing contacts / partners.
· Meeting with leadership to discuss results, pipelines, monthly goals, quarterly priorities, and KPI’s.
