JOB DESCRIPTION: As StyleBlueprint’s Nashville Associate Editor, your ongoing duties include: Planning all StyleBlueprint Nashville content Writing 13-15 local articles per month Working closely with our Nashville Client Success Representative (CSR) Conducting weekly meetings with sales team and CSR Coordinating photography as needed (hiring photographer/sourcing photography/contracts for photography) Producing monthly fashion photoshoot Assisting with intern management as needed Attending weekly one-on-one meetings with the Editorial Director, attend weekly all-team editorial calls and attend quarterly off-site events Writing and coordinating sponsored emails Writing SB Weekend Nashville email and coordinating the SB Weekends from other SB Cities The desire to help out wherever is needed REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the above, the Associate Editor should also have: Minimum of 3 years of writing experience Familiarity and curiosity for Nashville and the surrounding region The ability to attend press/community events which usually take place at night and, on rare occasions, weekends A commitment to represent StyleBlueprint well and be part of a goal-oriented, positive team Attention to detail Knowledge of AP Style Knowledge of/familiarity with WordPress A creative mind who can bring new ideas to the table and also be able to accept constructive criticism/feedback when given as you learn the SB voice Knowledge of G-Suite Must be able to use your own computer (Mac preferred)
