Shift/Hours Required: All major events at Bridgestone Arena
Age Requirement (if applic): 18 years Old
Position Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and friendly employee to greet and seat guest in our Tavern Bar & Grill and/or Clubs at Bridgestone Arena. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up host station, greet guest and seats them at tables according to seating chart,
- Maintain control of the seating and wait times,
- Answer any questions regarding service and provide general assistance for guests and employees
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service and respond to complaints.
- Additional duties may be assigned throughout shift.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. Will be frequently walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching and stretching throughout shift. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. You may be required to work overtime on short notice. Prior experience in guest service environment is preferred.
Environmental Working Conditions
- May be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures depending on the season
- May be exposed to outdoor elements
