Zycron has joined with a large healthcare organization in search of a Product Analyst in Nashville, TN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gather requirements and create user stories for development. Support the business owners in all matters related to application enhancements and application issues. Create, maintain, and update product information, and act as an expert internally and externally. Work with business team and key stakeholders to define scope, costs and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new products. Assist in identification, documentation, and evaluation of product roadmaps. Work with product development team or vendor to understand product feasibility and limitations, architecture and integrations. Responsible for ensuring that the delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements. Creates and facilitates approval of deliverables associated with the implementation of technical solutions including, but not limited to, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, impact assessments, requirement documentation, test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and implementation summaries Collaborates with stakeholders, support resources, vendors, and end users to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met. Manage changes to applications, assessing the impact of changes, and ensuring appropriate approval of those changes to ensure solutions achieve desired business results. Build and maintain product configuration and associated documentation. Provide tier 2 customer support to the end users to independently resolve issues and communicate status. Adhere to defined SOPs required to maintain a validated computer system. Creates and maintains application support documentation, including disaster recovery, user provisioning, application functionality and architecture Participates in activities which improve departmental and organizational performance EducationKnowledgeSkill Requirements Experience with Agile (TFS).
