Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for a Senior Scrum Master here in Nashville. This position will be responsible for the overall delivery of a large scale Business Intelligence project. The ideal candidate will have an excellent PMScrum Master background and be comfortable driving a team towards delivery deadlines as well as coaching and mentoring the teams through very defined processes. One should be able to help the team remove road blocks and impediments, enforce scrum rules, measure sprint performance and work to improve the overall work the team produces. Project Management skills should include being able to drive work outside of normal sprint cycles and collaborate with teams outside of dev and BI to complete projects on-time and deliver a high quality solutions.
