nn Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area) nn nn n nn nnD4C Dental Brands is seeking a grassroots marketing professional to drive awareness for our new pediatric dental centers and orthodontic offices.

We are the fastest growing and largest pediatric dental and orthodontic specialty network in the United States, with over 150+ practices in 10 states.n nn nn n nn nn JOB SUMMARY: nn nnThe Community Marketing Manager (new stores) will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the strategic marketing efforts for the D4C Dental Brands new dental/orthodontic affiliations.

The Community Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing with the creation of a wide range of project deliverables including collateral, traditional advertising campaigns, email marketing, content development, including implementation of local marketing programs that drives awareness for new dental and/or orthodontic offices.

This support is crucial to the delivery of the company’s mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

nn nn n nn nn EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: nn Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field 3
– 5 years of marketing experience with multiple accountsn n nn JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: nn Strongly verbal and written and communication skills Ability to be a creative thinker and to build new marketing campaigns Ability to negotiate with media and vendors Ability to budget and prioritize Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies Ability to provide daily and monthly marketing analytics Knowledge of up-to-date on social media platforms and marketing trends Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to travel up to 30%n n nn MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: nn Responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the strategic marketing efforts for the D4C Dental Brands new dental/orthodontic affiliations.

Responsible for developing relationships with local government official and implement PR efforts to drive awareness of new offices.

Assist in all public relation efforts including media releases and publicity events that promote D4C opening of new locations.

Build local programs and events with community organizations and partners that positions D4C Dental Brands as a community leader and build brand awareness for new locations.

Establish a communications framework for updating the senior management team about ongoing programs, plans, and results.

Identify and implement Key Performance indicators that will help measure the effectiveness of local marketing programs.
