Challenging and exciting projects with major clients in commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, and tech Great benefits and opportunities for growth!n n Job Detailsn n Position Overview Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of mechanical construction projects.
Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures and specifications.n n Job Dutiesn n Oversee field specific activities for mechanical construction projects from setup to closeoutnResponsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of craft employees for all scopes of work civil, mechanical, and structural activities.nSupervises daily work of employees.nVerifies conformance of finished work product.nResponsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.nCoordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project Manager and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost effective completion of projects.nGenerates 3 week look ahead schedules to ensure manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and all resources are scheduled appropriately.nAssures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.nEnsures that all employees within the department receive the proper training required in order for them to operate the equipment they will be working on and with.nAssigns work and monitors job costs and overall performance.nCompletes written reports of job process, cost and other matters as requested.nSupports planning of on-the-job training to team members to ensure safety and quality of the work being done.
