PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Develop robust reporting and analytics for CRM operational programs and digital access points to identify opportunities to expand and enhance patient engagement, referral management and physician alignment opportunities across all CRM functional areas.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Reporting to the Director of Business Insights, this position is responsible for developing and executing CRM analytics requests. This role is critical for the reporting infrastructure that powers insights to help grow and enhance CRM service lines and NCCM operations. The position will be assist in supporting the operational effectiveness of CRM/NCCM through the conceptualization, development and deployment of Business Intelligence applications including the design, enhancement, maintenance, and support CRM Service Line optimization. This role also plays a key part in both developing and coordinating work streams across multiple teams and identifying opportunities to consolidate and solidify analytics efforts. In addition to leveraging multiple teams in a matrixed environment, this role should be able to produce stand alone reporting from complex datasets. This position works closely with the Director of CRM, ensuring that the information needed to make business decisions is efficient, actionable, trustworthy, and timely.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
–Conceptualizes, develops, and deploys complex reporting tools across entire data lifecycle
–Expert on all CRM data sources, understands and consults with other teams on how to connect these data sources to disparate systems across the enterprise
–Facilitates and coordinates expanded adoption of reporting dashboards, tools within the department, division and facilities
–Create analyses to identify continuous performance initiatives and effectively translate those analyses into actionable business insights
–Collaborate with CRM, NCCM and HCA data science teams to understand business needs and develop possible solutions proactively
–Build solutions geared towards areas of opportunity in evolving steps, quickly and iteratively, yet keeping a focus on the ability to fit together reports built as discrete point solutions
–Coordinates closely with Director of Business Insights and other CRM senior leaders to ensure the proper execution of CRM data-driven strategies
–Partner with cross-functional analytics teams to develop full spectrum views of how CRM initiatives positively impact other areas
–Utilize development tools such as MS Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView and Power BI to build robust self-service reporting and BI solutions.
–Develop standard queries to define business metrics.
–Develop robust reporting to measure operational performance.
–Oversee development of standardized data documentation and dictionaries, maintains this documentation
–Conduct routine analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improved performance.
–Participate on project teams to identify and deploy appropriate solutions.
–Perform complex Ad-Hoc reporting, upon request.
–Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by senior leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
–Must possess skills to work effectively with individuals across multiple skillsets, personalities, and work styles
–Talent for translating technical work into simple, easy to follow terms
–Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
–Commitment to mentoring junior members of team through both practical and soft skills
–Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Microsoft –Project and Power Point
–Expertise in Business Analysis Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
–Ability to study and learn new technologies to leverage for optimization efforts
–Preferred: Six Sigma or equivalent / Project Management Professional or equivalent
–Types of Experience- Program Management experience and leadership position
–5 years but less than 7 years
