- Learn our current marketing and sales systems
- Each team member is strategically paired with a coach / mentor and works directly with them to help optimize the marketing / sales production for our client
- Attend daily marketing / sales meetings to plan, communicate new ideas, and give feedback regularly.
- Develop leadership and managerial skills
