Zycron has joined has joined with an Enterprise Utilities company in search of an HCM Consultant This is a Techno-Functional role. The emphasis for this role is on the Technical Side of things. This is a full-time Direct Hire position located in Central Nashville. The opportunity offers 3 weeks PTO and full benefits. This position is remote due to Covid but all candidates must reside in Nashville, TN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshooting and resolving problems found in PeopleSoft and related modules Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and documenting effort on supported systems Provide general assistance with help desk tickets for all IT application teams. Assisting with routine operational and configuration tasks necessary for internal IT processes. Helping investigate and document Root Cause Analysis efforts and coordinates a problem resolution effort. Participating in migration effort from PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle HCM KnowledgeSkill Requirements Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Create reports using BIP and OTBI 2+ years of experience in OracleHCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Learn, Benefits, and Payroll) or Oracle HVM Cloud ReportingDashboards Experience with Peoplesoft HCM (HR, Time, Labor) Experience implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns Hands-on experience with any analytical and presentation tools such as SAS, “R”, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Tibco, Microstrategy, etc Exposure to leveraging SharePoint for solution delivery Familiarity with the electric utility industry If interested in learning more about Zycron and this opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration to Sydney Elizabeth Crimmins, Only candidates with backgrounds who match our client’s requested experience will be contacted.
