What you get to do every single day
1) Assist the 23 on-site associates with all Desktop Support/ Help Desk support needs within the offices. Office has mainly PC and few Macs so would prefer candidates who have knowledge of both
2) Experience in O365/ Exchange/ Active Directory
3) Background in supporting Firewalls, basic software/website security and support VPN for remoting in
The IT Administrator will be the sole IT specialist that works onsite to support all desktop, hardware, and software support.
This individual will support their various internal software, IT security, basic networking needs and System Administration for their associates and very occasionally some high profile clients.

Job Requirements:
– Well-founded grasp of Network Security
– Firewall experience highly desired
– Strong familiarity with Active Directory
– Microsoft Office 365 experience
– Microsoft Exchange experience
– General familiarity with Desktop Support
– Proven knowledge of Network Security Monitoring
– Solid understanding of VPNs (virtual private networks)
– Background working with network operating systems as well as programming or scripting language
– A good understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching
– Efficient in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems
– Foundational knowledge of clustered and virtual storage solutions
– 5+ years of related experience
