If so, Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an EnCAP Analyst with 2+ years of experience to work with our Encompass group.

This position is open to the following offices: Columbia, SC; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and, Winston-Salem, NC.

nn nn nn nn This role will collaborate with attorneys to analyze and process data, in areas such as early case assessment, offensive and defensive analysis of data, reporting, and analysis of discovery issues related to litigation and investigations.

nn n n n n n Job Requirements: n n n n nn A Day in the Life nn n n n n n n nn Candidate to be responsible for providing support to attorneys and clients with the technical aspects of electronic discovery and litigation databases, while managing and troubleshooting the flow of data through various discovery tools, assisting with managing a meticulous e-discovery workflow, and providing quality control and oversight of third-party vendors.

Seeking professional with 2-4 years of experience.

nn nn nn nn Typical responsibilities include tracking client data through the e-discovery process; maintaining intake and output tracking logs and inventories for all data and media.

This role will use a variety of tools and applications to ingest, cull and process data and create, import, and export load files for document productions.

In addition, this role reviews data load files for accuracy; prepares analyses of data for case teams; provides application support, training, and technical assistance; and, works with members of other technology groups at firm to resolve technical problems that may arise.

nn n n n We Know You n n n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience Relativity Experience Required (mid-level to expert) Nuix Experience Preferred Relevant experience in an eDiscovery vendor or law firm environment a plus Relativity and/or Nuix eDiscovery Certification a plus nn This role requires knowledge of other technologies and utilities such as text file editors, SFTP clients, encryption software, and remote desktop are necessary to complete most responsibilities.

In addition, knowledge with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT department is necessary.

Contact with a diverse group of timekeepers, supervisors, co-workers, and other staff members is common in the role over the phone, e-mail and in person.

May also be responsible for special projects.
