Job Summary:
You will maintain accurate, detailed documentation andrecords.
You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests toidentify and assess patient’s condition.
You will modify patient treatment plans as indicated bypatients’ responses and conditions.
You will consult and coordinate with healthcare team membersto assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
You will monitor all aspects of patient care in acollaborative multidisciplinary setting

Qualifications
RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
Bachelor s degree is preferred BLS required Specialty certification preferred One to two years clinical nursing preferred PICC insertion, Ultrasound guidance training and modified seldinger technique competency complete within 90 days of hire.
ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire
