AP ANALYST: DETAILS * Title: AP Analyst * Location: Nashville TN * Start Date: ASAP * Openings: 3 * Type: 1-year contract assignments
– possible extensions * Pay Rate: $18-20/hour * Hours: Monday
– Friday, between 7:30 am-3:30 pm or 8:00 am-4:30pm CT * Remote / On-Site: This team is currently working remote.
When business operations return to normal, it will be expected that the selected hires be on-site working with the rest of the team.
* Interviews: Manager will start with 30 min phone interviews and then move to Skype/Zoom meetings as needed for additional interviews.
REQUIREMENTS: AP ANALYST * Manager is seeking candidates with at least 3-5 years relevant AP working experience in their backgrounds.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: AP ANALYST * Assists the accounts payable team with more complex tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
* Processes invoice administration and set up for payment.
* Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.
* Answers all vendor inquiries and reconciles more complex vendor statements.
* Prepares analysis of accounts.
* Resolves more complex invoice discrepancies.
* Conducts root cause analysis of accounts payable processing errors and suggests process improvements.
* Supports month end closing.
* Participates in and/or leads projects related to Accounts Payable improvement.
