Account & Relationship Management Executive- Educational Field Sales

We are searching for an Account & Relationship Management Executive to join our team.

This role is remote.

Ideally, this person will be located in or around Little Rock, Arkansas or Oklahoma City, OK.

The Account & Relationship Management Executive is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers at Nursing Education programs in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for assigned accounts.

Maintains post-sales contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.

Communicates with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions.

Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development.

Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.

Achieves consistent sales results that meet company expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management

Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle

Communicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions

Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines

Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team

May handle add-on sales for clients

Be committed to using Salesforce consistently as your customer management system

Solution Selling Techniques are vital to the success of this position

Provide feedback internally on market trends, needs, and concerns to Product, Marketing, and Sales Management

Key Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience

2+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience

Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry

Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills

Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly

Ability to travel, especially during peak times (January to April, August to November).

Other travel to conferences and meetings will also occur and may not fall with the peak times.
