Responsibilities Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and takes a proactive and consultative approach in making recommendations. Laying down base image on end user computing devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, AIO) Identify process improvements and automate via scripting, tools, etc. Build, manage and support software packagesOS images for devices within Enterprise Mentor and train team members Participate and occasionally lead in IT projects and consultation efforts Primary escalation point for complex workstation and end-user related issues from other services and support team members. Create complex instructiontraining handouts on workstation, peripheral and software application use, and conduct training classes.
