Manager – Asset Management and Reporting

Essential Job Duties:

Asset Management/Accounting Functions:

· Oversee the budgeting process currently assigned to third-party management companies and accounting companies.

· Review and approve annual CAM reconciliations.

· Interact with third party property managers and accountants at property level.

· Assist in the Acquisitions and Dispositions process, as necessary.

· Review property financials for accuracy.

· Assist third-party appraisals for institutional investors.

Service Functions (Customer & Third Party):

· Communicate internal guidelines and procedures to third party managers, vendors, and consultants,

· Provide instruction to the third-party vendors as it pertains to MRI and B&F processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years in commercial real estate or financial reporting with Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.

· Familiarity with asset management and/or accounting concepts with focus on commercial real estate.

· Well-developed and professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to use good judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential issues, projects, and information.

· Ability to apply analytical reasoning and problem solving.

· Proven prioritization and organization skills.

· Minimal travel (10%).

Preferred Skills:

· Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point.

· MRI or comparable accounting software.
