Job Description:
Phase 3 Marketing and Communications sales department has multiple open entry-level to mid-level positions for Sales Account Coordinators and Sales Account Managers to join our team.
The sales force is responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of clients and revenue and achieves this by building trusted relationships, identifying needs and providing solutions to our B2B prospects and customers marketing communication challenges.
The successful candidate is responsible for generating new sales, identifying and qualifying business opportunities and presenting Phase 3 products to prospects, as well as preparing quotes and leading pitches to close the sale.
Positions are not remote or work from home.
Job Responsibilities:
Strong emphasis on new business development Cold Calling and Appointment Setting Prospecting Capabilities Presentations Growth, retention and maintenance of B2B clients Develop strong account relationships and grow existing accounts Develop expert knowledge of all Phase 3 Marketing & Communications products and services Achieve revenue targets and quota for new business Order entry, forecasting, quoting, reporting
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Account Coordinator (entry-level) Account Manager (2 years sales experience) Preferred agency or print account management experience Retail experience is a plus Ability to close and manage business-to-business accounts Tremendous relationship building skills Works well in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment Strong organizational, negotiating and problem-solving skills, attention to detail Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment Requires both phone and in-person sales skills (phone to set appointments, in-person to present and close) Proficient in Microsoft Office
