We are seeking a talented Payroll Processing Leader.
This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Payroll Administration and translating company policies, tax and legislative requirements in the delivery of accurate and timely employee payments and reporting* Providing support to the team with technical payroll knowledge (SAP) and ensuring the team is delivering excellent service and meeting SLA’s.* Ensuring checklists and other controls are being adhered to and serve as the first level approver as assigned, along with approving off cycle check requests* Utilizing strong leadership experience and providing oversight of processes performed by direct reports* Demonstrating Cummins Values of Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion, Caring, Excellence and Teamwork.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need the following: * College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required* Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience with SAP/Globalview* Proven track record of consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances* Demonstrated analytical skills to identify issues and resolutions Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
