Location: Nashville, TN Description: Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Sr.
Financial Analyst for their facility in the Nashville, TN area.
The Sr.
Financial Analyst will be in charge of leading the main FP&A processes for the US&C Region (12 manufacturing sites) supporting Pricing and Commercial initiatives, among other ad-hoc requests.
You would report into the VP of Finance and will have work directly with Product Line Management, Finance, Operations, and Business Leadership frequently to follow up on deliverables / process effectiveness.
This job will have the following responsibilities: Lead the Financial Planning cycles (Budget, forecast) for US&C Compile and analyze financial & operational data according to business drivers and business KPIs Develop robust sensitivity analysis on product cost & profitability Define opportunities for Pricing implementation across Sites / Segments.
Support Commercial Leaders in understanding implementation timing and offer recommended opportunities/action to Product Line Management Support Commercial Leaders with customer segmentation and profitability analytics Support PLM’s w/capital and RFP analysis Produce actionable reports from various data sources to support business leaders with decisions Actively participate in regional projects and perform other duties as required Support IT initiatives related to reporting / pricing tools Issue recommendations for improvements and suggest solutions Qualifications & Requirements: Business administration degree required, Masters degree Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Work Experience Prior experience as Financial Analysis & Corporate reporting in a US multinational preferred Project Management in multi-cultural environments Must have a level of business acumen such as knowledge of P&L levers Language Bilingual in Spanish would be valuable High learning agility and autonomy Solid analytical capability (expert in Excel management) Attention to detail, high degree of quality orientation Strong organization and prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Reliable Team player Great communication skills both towards management and team members Contact:
