This is a full time, year round position with benefits. Job Description The Chemical Services and Delivery Representative is responsible for monthly deliveries and servicing to our warewashing chemical customers in the Middle Tennessee area. In addition to delivering and maintaining chemical stock levels, this role will also be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of dishmachines as well as installation of new units and removal when contracts are cancelled. The Chemical Services and Delivery Representative should always be looking for opportunities to supply additional products and services that can benefit the customer in their daily business activities and grow the account in the process. A commission is paid monthly based on product sales to the customer. This is a salaried position that requires availability to be on-call for emergency service. To be successful, the Chemical Services and Delivery Representative needs to have good communication skills in order to build relationships with customers, resolve customer complaints and bill/collect from customers based on what has been delivered. This position comes with a company vehicle, phone and uniforms.
