People Ready Skilled Trades is looking for experienced Service Technicians for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment for commercial clients in the Nashville, TN area.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment Understanding troubleshooting and maintenance techniques Inspect commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and resources
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 Years of experience in a related field High School or GED required HVAC/Refrigeration Vocational School preferred Experience in commercial, institutional, or facilities equipment repair and maintenance preferred Genuine “servants attitude” towards Customer Service Self-motivated “can do” attitude that thrives on challenges and a desire to learn Ability to work overtime as needed and be put in “On Call” Rotation
