The Administrative Assistant will provide support to multiple teams and Executives and will be responsible for a wide range and diverse group of tasks. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Build successful relationships with all levels within the organization
- Manages, prepares and distributes correspondence and mail to the office members
- Prepares, revises and reviews documents including, but not limited to, operational reports, presentations, reference material, policies and procedures and contracts (Power Point presentations, Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.).
- Maintains daily calendar and schedule for designated corporate staff members via Microsoft Outlook.
- Upholds the utmost level of confidentiality and provides priority updates and alerts to executive team.
- Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings and conferences to include hotel and travel arrangements, itineraries, preparation of support materials, meal planning and other related tasks.
- Records and distributes meeting minutes
- Monitors supplies and special orders
- Mans the front desk, greeting guests and phone
- Additional duties as identified
Requirements:
- 1year + as an office assistant or in a related administrative capacity
- High School diploma required, Associates degree or Bachelor’s preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to type 65 WPM +
