RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Credentialing Manager in Nashville, TN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Credentialing Manager will oversee multiple departmental functions to support contracted facilities across all divisions
- Manage provider on boarding process (internally/externally) to include: Internal/hospital privileges, obtaining state licenses, DEA’s, CDS within established timelines
- Oversee expirable process in support of contract compliance
- Credentialing Managers ensure departmental guidelines support company’s compliance
- Perform annual reviews on direct reports to foster development
- Identify and analyze the design of jobs, work processes, work flows, etc. for the department
- Implement appropriate changes to improve effectiveness, productivity and efficiency that support overall goals of the department
- As a Credentialing Manager, you will perform audit procedures in support of quality improvements, timelines, and accountability
- Develop and manage audit controls
- Manage both direct and indirect remote reports, internal control, track, and trend in order to promote compliance, process enhancement, and efficiency
- Ensure team is following all established processes, procedures, and meeting established deadlines
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience
- Previous Credentialing experience related functions while adhering to company standards
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience directing a team
- Open to travel
