Receptionist

Management Registry, Inc.

is looking for a receptionist responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.

Performs a variety of entry-level clerical and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, as well as verbal communication skills.

They will be comfortable answering the phones, transferring calls, sorting mail and placing in employee mail cubbies, keeping break rooms and conference rooms tidy and fully stocked with supplies.

Receptionist Responsibilities: Serves as receptionist at the primary point of contact for the office.

Places, answers and routes telephone calls.

Receives and directs visitors of the office.

Answers customer inquires in person and via telephone.

Validates parking tickets for visitors.

Schedules and maintains conference rooms.

Administers petty cash and maintains records.

Assists with entry-level clerical and administrative duties in various departments as needed.

Receives, sorts and delivers mail and packages to on-site locations.

Stocks supplies and performs other manual tasks.

Supports the company’s commitment to its core values to include: Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE).

Maintain regular on-time attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: H.S.

Diploma required Less than 2 years experience in clerical/administrative experience required Valid Class D Drivers License required Knowledge of general office procedures Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to demonstrate proper telephone etiquette Ability to interact courteously with the publicAdditional information: This is a temporary position with 1+ month duration.Management Registry, Inc.
