We are currently accepting applications for seasoned Carpenter Foremen wanting to advance their construction careers.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial construction and remodeling practices as well as a comprehensive understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures and safety requirements associated with commercial building.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within scheduleEffectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructionsBuilding Layout & ElevationsRead blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layoutInstallation of doors; drill and set door hardwareForm and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columnsPump, place and finish techniquesPlacement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decksCrane signals and rigging
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalentOSHA 30 Hour or willing to obtainMinimum of five years’ experience in all phases of commercial constructionCandidates must have transportationGood communication skillsBe willing to work within a 50 mile radiusBe able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
