Schedule:We operate 361 days per year, 7 days per week.
All new team members MUST be able to work atleast one weekend day each week.
Shifts will consist of 4 10 hour work days, beginning from 10 AM Drivers will be expected to attempt all packages on an assigned 10 hour route Overtime opportunities will be available at 1.5x hourly rate Pay and Benefits* * $17-18.5 starting wage for new drivers.
Will adjust compensation based on tenure and experience** * Paid time off (PTO)** * Healthcare Benefits including Dental & Vision** * Weekly safety and performance bonuses will be available** * Driver referral program*Job Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license AND be 21+ years of age Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) Will be entering and exiting a delivery van frequently, climbing stairs and walking up driveways Ability to drive our vehicles safely as if they were your own.
