We may hire you as a Crew Member, Crew Leader or Field Manager based upon skills and experience.Job Responsibilities & DutiesGeneral groundskeeping maintenance for properties including:Lawn care such as mowing, edging, weeding and fertilizingPlantings and flower installationProperty maintenance such as leaf blowing, tree pruning and shrub trimmingPrepare work trucks daily with crewCoordinate and drive crews along maintenance route (Field Managers)Communicate with the client for excellent customer experience (Field Managers)Skills & QualificationsMust be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsLift up to 50 lbs and leverage up to 80 pounds of walk-behind mowersSafely operate landscaping equipmentAuthorized to work for any employer in the United StatesValid US Driver’s License & clean driving record (Crew Leaders & Field Managers only)Why You Should Work for Landscape WorkshopAs one of the largest and most well-respected landscaping companies in the United States, Landscape Workshop can offer you training and opportunities to grow your career.
