This position will be coaching, mentoring and guiding Sales Executives on a Regional and National level, assisting in their ability to attain strong sales goals for our reputable Commercial Roofing Company.

Summary of essential job functions:
Quote prices, Commercial Roofing Sales
– Local and NATIONAL ACCOUNTS
Develop and maintain relationships with direct reports and customers.

Insure measurements are accurately estimated related to job cost for production
Research, understand and implement new industry products/trends
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years COMMERCIAL ROOFING SALES experience in Coaching, Mentoring and growing a sales team.

Must have flexibility in understanding Sales processes and have exceptional listening skills.

Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk a roof
Outgoing and personable personality, able to build and maintain relationships
Must be ambitious, have the drive to succeed and have strong customer service skills with Customers AND Direct Reports.

Self-motivated individual and be task orientated

Required experience:
Commercial Roofing SALES 3+ years
Required license or certification:
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a background check
