Reports To: Talent Acquisition Leader

Location: Nashville, TN

Description:

The Recruiter role is responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting extraordinary talent for our orthodontic practices.

This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader in crafting and executing a meaningful candidate and team member experience to enable achievement of all business objectives.

Essential Job Functions*:
Manage the full cycle recruiting for practice level requisitions while delivering an white glove candidate experience
Posts open positions on key job boards and ensures EEO compliance with each posting
Screens appropriate candidates for each practice location and provide fully vetted finalists to Doctors and practice managers
Coordinates onsite interviews with candidates and practice managers
Ensures appropriate candidate follow-up at end of recruitment cycle
Maintains collegial and supportive relationship with hiring managers and doctors across the platform
Assist with implementation of new ATS platform
Develops and maintains relationships with job boards and other recruiting support vendors
Conducts active searches for candidates who are not necessarily in the job market
Utilizes social media and other creative approaches to advertising positions
Occasionally travels to practice locations for HR visibility initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned

Essential Job Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of the talent acquisition field
Effective written, verbal and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery
Ability to gain trust and respect of the doctors, teams, and peers
Understanding of State and Federal employment regulations
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with various stakeholder groups
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Practices shared accountability with other functional areas of the business

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related experience
1-3 years human resources experience
1+ years of full-cycle professional recruiting experience
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
Ability to travel occasionally
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Requirements:
1+ healthcare recruiting experience
