SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine!
We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.
Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities
* Vacuuming
* Mopping
* Bonneting
* Extraction (wet/dry)
* Strip & wax floor
* Carpet spot removal
* Transport equipment, tools and supplies
* Move furniture before/after clean
* Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
* Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
* A drug test will be required
* 3+ years of experience
Available Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30pm to 4am
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
