As we grow our global product team, were looking for a high potential Product Manager 3 to lead a cross-functional product team that helps customers manage and organize their consumer electronics and tech devices (Laptops, gaming consoles, smart devices and more).

The device management lifecycle begins with consumers buying compatible devices, to setup, repair, upgrade, and recycling/disposal.

This Product Management role spans the digital experience and data management services throughout this lifecycle.

The responsibility of the Device Management team is to implement a unified strategy for:

Defining the shared understanding of a device across technology teams
Creating core device UI components to be leveraged across Asurions many digital products
Implementing technology to remove friction and scale capabilities across multiple customer channels
Driving device-centric experiences to increase the number of engagement opportunities, reinforce the value of our service, reduce churn, and help drive sales

In this Product Manager 3 role, youll craft product strategy, define solutions working with data, and prioritize, measure, validate the success of your work.

We are looking for an individual who is results-oriented and highly collaborative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and technology and a passion for enabling delightful customer-centric experiences across digital and retail channels.

What Youll Be Doing
Define the vision and roadmap for the core user experience and build it in a way that makes it easy for others to collaborate and expand on
Identify customer needs and test and validate solutions to those needs, leading to new features, products, or new ways of delivering existing services
Synthesize data and insights to develop a robust product strategy and inform decision making
Manage cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed, receive input, and influence their thinking
Define the right KPIs to track and successfully ship products that deliver on critical objectives and key results
Build a collaborative, inclusive, fun, and high-performance team culture

Who You Are
3+ years of experience in software product management, technology / engineering roles, startup operations, scaling business models, or other relevant experiences
You have experience withproductdevelopmentmethodologies,working with technology teams, and have adata-drivenandcollaborativemindset
You are energized by solving complex problems and comfortable in ambiguous situations
You are able to seamlessly move between forward thinking and tactical implementation
You are able to distill complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, and understand how lead a team through ambiguity
You have experience working with data and insights to understand and measure your work
You know what makes a great user experience and love partnering with design, insights, and engineering to turn a vision into reality
You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and have empathy to clearly connect with diverse viewpoints
