Job Description
We currently have an exciting SRM (Supply-Repair-Maintenance) GPO Accounts Manager opportunity located in our Mid-South Region, where we distribute HVAC equipment, parts, supplies to customers and resellers.
Position requires up to 50% travel as required throughout the state of Tennessee.
Responsibilities :
As the SRM (Supply-Repair-Maintenance) GPO Accounts Manager you will be responsible for meeting business objectives for sales revenue, gross margin performance and driving GPO account agreement sales across the CE Mid-South Region’s Tennessee Markets.
This position will support account needs and opportunities for HVAC Parts, HVAC relate maintenance supplies, replacement and retrofit HVAC equipment, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and various performance/efficiency upgrade products.
Also coordinate, plan, schedule and assist in customer training events involving e-commerce utilization, product expansion, product technical support, local industry/vertical market trade events and category growth.
Additional Responsibilities
Achieve sales performance objectives for GPO account program growth the CE Mid-South Region and collaborate within the CE and/or customer organization when national points of contact require as those organizational requirements and opportunities present themselves.
Assist in defining and participating in the marketing strategy for CE Mid-South accounts
Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools to drive standardization and account reporting.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years’ large regional account B2B sales experience.
Must have strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
Previous experience in sales with GPO program member customers, preferably within the HVAC or MRO distribution industry.
Must possess illustrate ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and weekend events
Established professional network in the HVAC market
Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess excellent presentation, phone and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word.
Ability to absorb new product training material
Ability to thrive in an independent and collaborative work environment, take initiative, open and direct communication across multiple reporting structures.
Problem solving –
– ability to gather facts and make decisions quickly.
Adjust approach as necessary based on results.
AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing or related degree desired.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
