In-House Cleaner

For increase cleanliness and sanitation practices, Clean Team
– General Facility employees will maintain the high frequency touchpoints within our facilities.

They are directly responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility throughout the shift to provide guests and employees with a safe and healthy environment.
Follow proper chemical usage for 2 stage cleaning and sanitizing
Cleaning and sanitizing all touchpoints (including but not limited to):
Door handles
Hand rails & ledges
Elevator buttons (if applicable)
Table tops
Chairs and booths
Highchairs and booster seats
Micros POS stations and credit card machines
Hand Sinks (faucets, dispensers, etc)
Any other areas as directed by MOD

Restock of all hand sanitizer stations (FOH, HOH, and employee areas)
Maintain cleanliness of floors (sweep and mop as needed)
Properly remove and discard of any trash
Communicate any cleaning or sanitation issues with MOD immediately
Recycling products, where possible
Maintaining HRC’s 5 core Values and Mission Statement
This cafe may cross-train the Clean Team General Facility & Clean Team Restroom Attendants.
