RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Customer Service Rep 2. Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Customer Service Rep 2 will resolve customer’s service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- The Customer Service Rep 2 will refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Medical billing experience
- Communication skills
- Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
- Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
