RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client who is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Designer to join their growing team. Responsibilities of the Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Designer:

  • Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Designer will utilize functional knowledge of HR, Compensation and Payroll rule sets to facilitate requirements definition, Fast Formulas design, and prioritize and direct any required customizations
  • Develop Fast Formulas as well as lead other Developers
  • Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Designer will manage the overall delivery of fast formulas for an oracle cloud HCM project including fast formula scoping, requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide best practices expertise based on prior fast formula experience with payroll, compensation, benefits, and core HR
  • Oracle Cloud Fast Formula Designer will work with the business and project team to define the range of fast formulas needed to meet business requirements

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years working with Oracle HCM delivering technical solutions with Fast Formulas and understanding Payroll, Compensation, and Benefit functionality
  • Must have experience with HCM/Payroll implementations including at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR
  • Demonstrated delivery skills in defining, designing, and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions in complex IT environments.
  • Professional experience with a large healthcare system, integrated delivery system, managed care organization, public health organization or medical center is preferred
  • Strong skills in fast formula technical design, development, and unit testing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop fast formulas as well as lead other Developers
  • Hands on technical experience with oracle cloud HCM cloud products
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Hands on technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud products
