RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Data Analyst for a fully remote role. Summary; This team is responsible for enterprise development warehouse (EDW) built on MS stack (SSAS) they are the center repository for the RCM data. They also have Hyperion, HR data and Oracle data, as well as clinical applications in the cube. This team will be able to provide a wide variety of data and cross systems analysis for anyone within from Finance to even individual physicians in the field, any and every one come to them for reporting. They are currently working on a new platform, and will be moving to AWS and looking to migrate to that over the next couple of years.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of data experience, service line analytics
- Strong SQL skills are required
- Must be able to query large data sets
- SSAS would be a huge plus or even SSIS, not a requirement but would be a great help
- Power BI and Tableau are a nice to have
- Looking for someone with healthcare domain knowledge; RCM or clinical operations knowledge would be helpful as well
- Must be able to work with the development team and the product owners
- Need a self- starter with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who is able to handle multiple tasks, organized and solid multi-tasker
- Will be responsible for data analysis and validation and support of user inquiries related to dashboards and under lying data
