Product Analyst – HRIS Software

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Product Analyst – HRIS Software. Summary: In this role, the Product Analyst – HRIS Software will provide guidance and functional expertise for our client’s use of Enterprise Health Workforce Health and Safety application. The Product Analyst will coordinate with support staff of other Lawson modules and external systems regarding integrations with Enterprise Health, and lead the work efforts needs with vendors, business owners and business analysts to maximize functionality and efficiencies of the systems according to business needs. This role will work with the vendor, business owners and users of the system to identify and new releases to the system. The Product Analyst will also provide functional support to business users as needed, and leads team efforts through functional expertise, use of best practices and in-depth knowledge to provide highly creative solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Defines project requirements by identifying milestones and phases
  • Creates and maintains application support documentation, including disaster recovery, user provisioning, application functionality and architecture
  • Manage and participate in functional, unit and user acceptance testing of business applications including the creation and maintenance of test cases
  • Lead efforts to define new technology and support the Workforce Health and Safety program
  • Work closely with key business resources to identify and document requirements for new technology configuration and deployment
  • Participate in solution design activities to ensure all business requirements are understood and properly addressed
  • Assist in the deployment of vendor enhancements and other changes
  • Serve as a product expert for all products in the Workforce Health and Safety application and all of its integrated systems

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field or business is preferred but not required
  • Five or more years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst on increasingly challenging projects
  • HRIS experience
  • Deep understanding of HR tech and applications
