divvyDOSE, a part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, is hiring Enrollment Specialists in Nashville, TN.
The Enrollment Specialist is integral to the divvyTEAM.
In this role, you will be responsible for new user acquisition and helping potential customers through educating individuals about divvyDOSE services.
divvyDOSE is a home-delivery pharmacy in a hyper-growth phase focused on adherence packaging and improving quality of life for customers through innovative design and compassionate customer service.
This role is in a work-hard, play-hard environment offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit plan.
Job Duties:
Make outbound calls to articulate that value proposition of divvyDOSE as their pharmacy
Foster new business relationships through inbound lead follow-up
Collaborate with other staff to ensure divvyDOSE fulfills and exceeds customer needs
Maintain detailed and accurate records between multiple databases and programs
Investigate issues and create solutions for new customers
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year of customer service/sales related experience
Comfortable with computers and using different software’s
