We’re looking for a great candidate with high school teaching and/or career readiness experience to provide career readiness expertise and WIN product implementation assistance to schools and agencies throughout Kentucky and surrounding states.
You will work at customer sites and by email, telephone and video conference to assure effective use of WIN’s products.
It’s a highly visible position that interacts with administrators, agency leaders, teachers and learners.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong team player and have:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to make effective presentations to large and small groups
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High school teaching experience or workforce readiness experience
Experience in leading professional development training is a plus
An ability to travel between 30-50%.
