AR Clerk

This Position will be for one person to handle light Accounting Clerk duties and responsibilities as well as Customer Service duties and responsibilities.

Accounting Clerk

Accounts Payable Duties include matching receivers to purchase order and finalizing invoices against receiver. Maintain monthly payables. Oversee AP check runs. Company contact point for vendor problems.

Accounts Receivable Duties are verifying customer PO’s are received and correct. Updating any change orders and final invoicing to the customer. Company contact point for customers.

Some background in job cost accounting would be helpful.

Customer Service Representative

This position will involve general clerical duties, data entry and heavy customer contact. The right person will be a self-starter with the ability to assist sales personnel with all aspects of our ordering, tracking and scheduling processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide customer service support by solving customer complaints/questions
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Perform assigned customer service functions to ensure superior customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations in each customer contact
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Provide support for the accounting, finance & sales departments
  • Maintain vendor accounts
  • Process procurement requests for goods and services
  • Processing accounts payables/receivables
  • Processing checks
  • Invoicing and reconciliations
  • Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
  • Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
