About you
Our recruiters work with business leadership to define priorities and attract the best talent available.
The corporate recruiter works will focus on filling primarily non-clinical roles for our corporate team and office support teams across our footprint of clinics.
You will be supported with the right technology all along the way.
We also understand recruiting takes time, so we make sure that our recruiters have reasonable requisitions loads to be successful.
Our goal is to build the most competitive recruiting machine in the behavioral health industry!
Role and Responsibilities
Develops pipeline of talent
Regularly connects with future-need candidates to develop long term candidate relationships
5+ years of recruitment experience (ideally)
Experience in high growth organization preferred
Most importantly
– a team member who does their part and supports the business and one another
Position can be based anywhere in the United States but preference given to candidates on EST, CST and MTN time zones
Target compensation is 75-90k plus monthly hiring incentive plan
