Role: Service Advisor Pay Rate: $20 hourly then increase to $21once training is complete Location: Downtown-FREE parking Hours: Must be able to work flexible hours Long term contract role Expected start date: TBD Responsibilities: •Assist in the collection of information to process customer requests and inquiries such as credit card payments and credit arrangements. •Initiate orders to accomplish customer needs. •Advise customers of consumer services and billing programs, financial assistance, pay options and energy-saving techniques. •Enter, retrieve and utilize data from computer terminals and other sources as necessary. •Communicate with employees, customers, contractors, electricians and outside agencies. •Good verbal and written communication skills including but not limited to good typing and spelling. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills also are important qualities. •The working environment of this job includes physical surroundings that are good. There may be occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, heat or other undesirable elements. This job demands light physical effort. Occasionally moves or lifts objects. May walk for prolonged periods. May require prolonged machine operation including keyboard equipment. •Individual must be willing to work flexible hours.
