At Charah Solutions, our best begins with you.Charah Solutions offers: Competitive Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k) with Company Contribution After 1 Year, Paid Time Off, Incredible Safety Record, and Well-Maintained Equipment.This position is primarily responsible for quality standard adherence, quality tracking & reporting policy & procedure adherence, P6 schedule development & maintenance, and cost/resource tracking & reporting.Responsibilities:Ability to read and analyze project plans and specificationsReview contract requirements and adhere to QA/QC programs and project quality standardsDaily tracking of construction activities and reporting to ensure quality standards are enforced and maintainedAbility to develop, update, and maintain Level II, III and IV schedules in PrimaveraDevelop and maintain critical path studies, 3-week look ahead schedules and resource loaded schedulesDevelop and maintain As-Built drawings and document all changes including saving and preserving all related correspondence related to changesAbility to create cost and resource analysis curves with strong cost reporting skills and techniquesAbility to create reports, graphs and analytical data to support the quality program including daily, weekly and monthly quality reportingReview cost and operations reports to assist Project Manager in job costingFacilitate discussions with project management regarding quality issues and schedule forecastsUnderstand, identify, and report on project trends and their relationship to the quality program and project scheduleCreate procurement tracking spreadsheets with quantity curvesCreate material receipt spreadsheets for both on-site and off-site laydown areas to ensure quality compliancePerform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper managementQualifications:Valid Driver’s License requiredFour-year college degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline requiredFive (5) years’ of project controls experience is preferredConstruction industry experience requiredProficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and Outlook requiredPMP certificate preferredSpecialized construction management training and project management training preferredWork Environment & Conditions:Position requires working in an office and field setting, requiring 8+ hours per day of sitting, walking, and standing.
