Service Desk Technician – Tier 1 technical support, help-desk.

  • Contact to hire, start ASAP
  • Must be onsite, 5x a week at Nashville HQ

Top 3 skillsets:

  • Answer phones and provide tier 1 technical help. (strong communication and great personality, and a self-starter)
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 with Dell PCs
  • Light AD experience would be nice to have, along with printer set up.

Pay starting at $23hr, 100% onsite in Nashville, TN.
