Responsibilities Overview:

  • Precon/Design collaboration with Office staff to provide the best “start” for projects.
  • Total Construction management for developments (home & multifamily)
  • Contractor/vendor management as well as job site development and production.
  • Regulating budgets and managing job costs including Contracts, Change-Orders, etc.
  • Scheduling & production management for entire development
  • Communication excellence with all subs, city/county officials, vendors, etc for seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidate will need 8+ years experience in residential New Construction (preferably in production new-home building + duplex/townhome.)
  • Excellent “Customer Service & Coach” mentality versus “Dictator/Manager” approach with on site personnel.
  • Overseeing multiple projects (10-20+ typically) in a development.
  • Qualifications include a 8+ year proven track record of successful site operations & project leadership within Ground-Up Residential Construction.
  • Local candidates are preferred with existing sub/vendor relationships.
