What you will be doing: The Manager of Performance Programs will be responsible for ensuring that Customer Solutions employee incentives are paid accurately and in a timely manner. Key tasks will include detecting and measuring deviations and trends in Expert earnings, collaborating with others as new tests iterate on payroll, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, including automation. This individual is an excellent problem solver who can develop processes, leverage data to make decisions, and simplify our payroll process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leverage Kanban and Scrum methodologies to track strategic projects and critical business processes Develop potential approaches and lead projects to improve pay strategy and processing across the organization. Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Support teams to manage performance programs across the Customer Solutions organization Develops and delivers presentations to communicate proposals, initiatives, and progress. Establishes meaningful collaborative relationships with both internal and external Customer Solutions partners Responsible for meeting and exceeding timing, goals, and objectives on assignments Other duties as requested by the organization as set by Customer Solutions, HR, and Payroll leadership. Here’s what you’ll bring to the team: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ work experience in a related field – Finance, Process Improvement, Operations, etc. The desire to think strategically and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations Excellent data analysis skills including the ability to derive and convey meaningful insights Proven ability to go from idea to implementation with an extreme attention to detail Excellent collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills Successful track record of working through barriers and delivering results Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and performance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience in SQL code writing Experience using Atlassian products. (ex.
