As Region Director, you will be responsible for leadership of a diverse geographical region. The position reports directly to the Division Vice President. As Region Director, you will be responsible to develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CVS Pharmacy locations while also delivering against enterprise priorities and goals. You are relied upon to collaborate with leaders in Store Operations, Logistics, Real Estate, Merchandising and Human Resources to deliver sales, margin, and service results that position our company for success.Required QualificationsMust have the ability to relocate to the market 5+ years multi-unit retail management experience Demonstrated ability to lead a group of geographically dispersed business locations and direct reports Ability to accommodate business travel, including overnight travel, as needCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
