About The Role
The Manager of Performance Programs will lead our pay and incentive programs initiatives for our frontline operations teams. This manager is data driven, gathering insights from large datasets to make recommendations and drive key performance indicators. They will be responsible for working with the Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure results are reinforcing desired behaviors. They will be expected to build strong personal relationships to foster an environment of partnership and collaboration among stakeholders. They will be a key contributor in changing the business environment and long-term financial strategy to drive organizational results and will be expected to provide frequent communication on their analysis and recommendations to the Executive Leadership team and other stakeholders. In addition, this manager will be leading a team of analysts who conduct analysis and monitor incentive performance to support overall performance programs efforts & effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
- Lead pay & performance model initiatives and recommendations
- Track key performance indicators performance and recommend approaches to improve performance across the organization
- Partner and collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Data Analytics and support teams to manage performance programs across all lines of frontline operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all operations initiatives with particular focus on financial performance and metric interdependencies
- Perform continuous risk analysis on suggested plan changes and develop/drive required corrective measures
- Report to exec stakeholders on incentive plan performance and cost analysis against annual plans
- Establishes strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners
- Demonstrate functional understanding of company’s core financial performance
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate proposals, initiatives, and results
- Lead and participate in design sessions and identify process improvement areas
- Other duties as requested by management
What You’ll Need
- The desire to think strategically and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a hands-on management style
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years work experience in a related field – Workforce Management, Product Management, Finance, Process Improvement or Operations
- Experience in statistical modeling of complex business processes
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Visio, Power Point, and PowerBI
- Experience using statistical software a plus (JMP or Minitab)
- Experience managing people a plus
- Six Sigma certification a plus
- Project management skills a plus
