Creative Countertop Solution is looking to expand our growing and developing team! We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team here at CCS.
CCS began in 2009 and through our passion for what we do, our love of educating our customers and believing that every customer deserves a personalized approach, we have grown to become one of the most reputable Countertop Fabricators in the Southeast. We serve a variety of clients ranging from residential homeowner, custom home builders, to many Commercial applications in hospitality, multi-family, hospitals/ medical facilities and even the suites at Nashville’s own Nissan Stadium. We achieve so much through our core belief in teamwork.
We are looking for a Production Manager who understands self-motivation, organization, and effective ongoing communication is the key to success! The Production Manager is a pivotal position with our company and allows candidates the opportunity to work with every department within our organization as well as clients!
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production and installation schedule for multiple teams within our solid surface and natural stone departments
- Effective communication with clients on project status and scheduling
- Forecasting of upcoming projects and production needs
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Manage efficient flow and organization of administrative requirements within the production office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
